The registration fee is $895 for Physicians and $695 for Residents and Fellows (accompanied by letters from their Chiefs of Service) and Nurses. The fee includes conference registration, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and conference materials. While registration is open until the start of the conference, we encourage early registration to enable us to provide the best possible service to our participants.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your participation in this conference, your registration fee less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by October 8, 2017. No refunds will be made after October 8, 2017. You must contact our meeting planners (or your travel agent) directly to cancel your travel arrangements.
